On Fridays, I plan to share stories and information about Kids On Mission. The information comes from the International Mission Board of the SBC and shares how children can be involved in missions and prayer requests from missionary children. My prayer is that this will be a resource used by families to help them share with their children the need to tell others about Jesus and how other children across the world are doing it!
Maroon, bright blue, green and brown–these are just some of the colors of the school children’s’ uniforms in the Western Province of Zambia. As the missionary sees their uniforms almost every day, she is reminded of the children’s song that says, “Red and yellow, black and white. They are precious in His sight. Jesus loves the little children of the world.” Luke 18:16 (HCSB) says, “Jesus, however, invited them: ‘Let the little children come to Me, and don’t stop them, because the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.’”
