Do you golf?? I’ve played on a couple courses, mostly miniature courses, but I have played on a par 3 course and one other course. The golf course has 18 holes and the back nine refers to the second half of the course.
We are now in the second half of the summer and so some of you may be beginning to think about school beginning in the fall. I am busy planning for the upcoming fall activities and for Awana. I am hopeful to have information out by the end of July about the upcoming Awana year. When you receive it, please check the information and return it to me so we can be sure our records are up-to-date. For now, mark your calendars, the first night of Awana will be September 20th!
Just a note that I will be at camp for the Extreme Challenge 2009 during the first week of August as we hold our first overnight summer camp in conjunction with a few other churches. This will be a great time of fellowship, discipleship and fun and I am looking forward to the week.
