Take a look at Exodus 13 – 15, when the Israelites crossed through the Red Sea. Even as they saw God work in their midst, they still made wrong choices. They were always complaining, whining, and wishing they were back in slavery in Egypt.
Sometimes we have hard choices to make and we need to remember that God is ALWAYS there. He wants us to listen to Him so we can make RIGHT choices. We need to put our trust in Him.
Discuss some bad decisions that you made and the consequences because of that bad decision and what God taught you.
Then discuss times you made wise decisions and how God blessed and worked through those decisions.
